Manpower vs Transportation share of visits
Dealers, by problem rate
Every dealer in the current selection, ranked by how often THEIR visits hit a problem — not by the raw Issues count, which is often just a dealer who gets visited a lot. A dealer name in orange is at 50%+. Monthly cells are shaded by that month's rate, not its count, so a busy month can't look like a bad one. Click a row to filter everything to that dealer, or Export CSV for the exact rate per dealer.
Area type share of these visits
What reps actually wrote
The manpower note is free text, typed by the rep — not every visit has one; transportation is a fixed pick, so there is no separate note for it.

Product movement — ours vs competitors
The app rates our products and competitor brands together, per category — so compare within one category, not across. A faded bar has fewer than 3 ratings — shown so it's never a nameless number, but not ranked against the rest.

Per issue — one line per finding, so a visit that found four problems gives four lines.
Best for counting problems.
Per visit — one line per report, with its issues collapsed into a numbered list.
Best for a report you hand to someone, where a row count means visits.
Product ratings — one line per visit, one column per product, each cell the
0–10 movement rating that visit gave it. Best for pivoting in Excel.
